WebAudit
Capturing meter readings without installing software at the client’s site is finally possible with WebAudit. Patented technology embeds a link in an email that you can send to the client or link to from your website. The link connects to the WebAudit application hosted in the Central server and launches in a web browser. Next it quickly locates all of the printers and MFP’s on the network, pulling their meter readings. Finally, the user sees a list of all of the devices, verifies the data and clicks “send.” The data is then imported into your FMAudit Central server. more»Onsite
With one-click technology, install a small application on the client’s network to gather meter readings. This application automatically sends encrypted usage data to your Central server at pre-determined intervals. This helps you create accurate invoices that reflect the current billing period, eliminating the problem of deferring meters to a future invoice if the client does not submit meters in timely manner. Conduct audits on the fly during the sales process with Viewer USB. Simply insert the key into a USB port on a computer on the client’s network. The application finds all of the networked printers and MFP’s and stores the data on the USB key. The data can then be retrieved from another computer and is imported into the Central server. more»
Local Agent
With up to 40% of printers not connected to the network, local printers present large challenges to managed print service providers. FMAudit Local Agent® is a small software application that sits on individual PC’s to monitor usage of non-networked printers.
